Drop off instructions
Once you’ve printed your label, attach it securely to the parcel, then drop it off at your chosen location.
You can drop off your parcel at any of our ParcelShops or lockers. To drop off at a locker, scan the barcode on the parcel’s label to open a compartment, or enter the sixteen character tracking code manually.
No printer?
We’ve sent you a confirmation email with your QR code and six character code.
To print your label at a ParcelShop or locker, bring the email and your parcel to a ParcelShop with a Print in ParcelShop device, or a locker with a printing device. Scan your QR code to print your label.
Check our drop off location finder to make sure your ParcelShop or locker has a printing device. You can’t print at InPost Lockers.
If your QR code won’t scan, enter your six character code manually to print your label.
